This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping, returns, and refunds of our products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply and be bound by this Policy and all other agreements on our website such as our TERMS AND CONDITIONS and PRIVACY POLICY.
Shipping and delivery
STEP 1 - PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
We proudly make all our stamps to order in Quebec, Canada!
Please note that all orders will be processed and manufactured within 7 business days, whether or not they contain customizable and/or bespoke stamps. During busier times, such as back-to-school and holidays, please allow 1-2 extra days for processing and manufacturing.
STEP 2 - SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
We offer shipping services through Purolator and Canada Post. Shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframes will depend on the delivery distance and will be provided at checkout by the carriers. It is essential to provide accurate shipping address information when placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in addresses provided by the customer.
Please note that our shipping charges reflect the actual fees charged by our shipping carriers. We do not profit from shipping fees and, in most cases, we absorb additional costs. Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as COVID-19 restrictions, severe weather events and public holidays.
ÉTAPE 3 - TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the email. It is your responsibility to track your package and ensure someone is available to receive it.
By tracking your package, you will be able to see updates, including any issues such as the delivery exceptions outlined below.

Package Pickup:
You must retrieve packages held at the carrier's location within the timeframe they provide. If not collected, packages may be returned to us. No refunds will be given in these situations. If returned, you will be charged fees for re-shipping the order. Re-shipping fees are usually the same as original fees but may occasionally be higher.

Address Accuracy:
If tracking indicates the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, you can contact the carrier and try to correct the address. No refunds will be given in these situations. If returned to us, you will be charged fees for re-shipping to the correct address. Re-shipping fees are usually the same as original fees but may occasionally be higher.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, immediately contact the carrier to report it and start an investigation. Provide any requested information or documentation to help. Let us know if the carrier needs anything from us - we're glad to assist. If the investigation confirms the package is missing, we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Returns and Exchanges
Dans ma Classe proudly provides exceptional service to our customers. We will gladly fix any issues related to missing, incorrect or defective items.
MISSING ITEMS
We take utmost care in preparing your orders. However, in the rare occurrence that you receive your package and find that an item is missing, please follow the steps outlined below to make a claim within 5 business days following delivery to be eligible for a resolution. We will be glad to review the situation and send you any missing products as necessary.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We understand that there may be occasions when a product does not meet your expectations. In compliance with Canadian laws, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product you receive is defective, not as described, or fails to meet reasonable quality standards. If you encounter any of these issues, please follow the steps outlined below to make a claim within 5 business days following delivery to be eligible for a resolution. We will be glad to review the situation and replace any such products as necessary.
When you customize a stamp, please take a moment to review your design based on the live preview. You must tick the checkbox to approve your design before adding the product to your cart. We are not responsible for any typos or mistakes of any kind; all sales are final, unless the error is our own.
MAKING A CLAIM
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us by email at admin@dansmaclasseboutique.com within 5 business days following delivery to be eligible for a resolution. Your email should include your full name, order number, payment method and delivery address. If requesting a replacement for an incorrect or damaged item, photos should also be provided.
Once we’ve received your claim and any relevant photos, we will process the replacement within 7 business days. If we are unable to fulfill the replacement due to lack of stock or supplies or for any other reason, we will provide a store credit in the same amount. Replacements will ship to the address on file unless an alternate is specified. If this causes additional shipping costs, you will need to pay the difference before it can be shipped.
Should we require you to return the damaged or incorrect item(s), the item must be returned to us in its original condition; you may reuse the original shipping packaging or your choice of protective packaging. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label addressed to us for your convenience.
