Likewise, all intellectual property on the Website belongs to Dans ma classe or is granted by license or permission. This includes, but is not limited to, stamp designs/illustrations and other original concepts.
Dans ma classe offers you third-party tools to enhance your experience on our platform, including customization and live preview tools for creating your stamp designs.
When you use our Website and any third-party tools to create a design, whether to purchase or otherwise, you declare that the content is original and that you are not infringing on anyone's intellectual property rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our Services/Website and/or third-party tools, as well as the designs you create through our website.
When you create your designs on our Website and/or through our third-party tools, we retain perpetual, unlimited, irrevocable ownership of the content for the purpose of manufacturing the stamp and beyond. This may include using the design for other purposes, such as marketing and advertising. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement. However, we are open to discussing alternate agreements with you, our customer, on a per-order and/or per-design basis.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our intellectual property. This includes, but is not limited to, stamp designs/illustrations and other original concepts, as well as aforementioned live preview images.

1. Customer Relations
Dans ma Classe proudly provides exceptional service to our customers. We understand that there may be occasions when a product does not meet your expectations. In compliance with Canadian laws, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product you receive is defective, not as described, or fails to meet reasonable quality standards.
However, we cannot guarantee that every product you purchase or acquire will meet your personal preferences or expectations. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions/specifications and seek clarification for any questions or concerns before making a purchase.
Likewise, we do not warrant that your use of our Service/this Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
